Mail Ballots

Ballots will automatically be mailed to all eligible voters for all Broomfield elections, including:
  • November even-year elections
  • November odd-year elections
  • June Primary Elections
To receive a mail ballot, no action is required. Simply verify the Elections Division has your current residential and mailing address on record. A ballot will be mailed to you approximately three weeks before Election Day.

Ballots are not forwarded by the postal service. If you have moved or need your ballot mailed to a temporary address, you must update your information with the Elections Division.

Ballot return instructions, drop-off locations, and in person voting options will be included with your ballot and also placed on our website closer to the election. In all elections, ballots are always due no later than 7 p.m. on Election Day. Postmark dates do not count as received.

Ballots are handled by bi-partisan teams who work under video surveillance. Each signature is verified before the ballot is counted.

Online Voter Registration If you have a Colorado State Driver's License or ID card issued by the Department of Revenue
