About Bette Erickson


Bette Erickson was elected by residents of Ward 3 in November 2015. Her current term ends November, 2019. She has lived in Broomfield’s Ward 3 since 1984. She enjoys hiking and snowshoeing, traveling, social media and spending time with family and friends.

Philosophy of Local Government

People are the most valuable asset of a community. Municipal government must be citizen-focused, efficient and vital just like other successful private sector businesses. It is important, also, that city officials continue to seek community participation thereby ensuring democratic governance.
