Tenant Finish Permit Process
In order to log tenant finish or build-out plans in for review, submittals
shall include:
Two wet-stamped sets of complete plans, including
architectural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical plans. Three
sets of plans shall be submitted for all food service tenants.
Calculations or certificate showing compliance with the 2006
International Energy Conservation Code for areas with new
lighting and/or mechanical systems.
Name and telephone number of a contact person for the project.
No fees are collected until issuance of the permit. A contractor
currently licensed by the City and County of Broomfield is required
for issuance of a permit.
