The Community Assistance Center is an extension of the City and County Manager’s office, providing a variety of services and information. A few of the services offered at the center include payment of water bills, dog licenses, voter registration, and processing of passport applications. The Citizen Assistants are trained to provide comprehensive, personal assistance in a variety of situations which may include problem solving, arranging communication with City Council Members or department heads, or providing information about the City and County in general. Citizens should feel free to communicate any comments, problems, or suggestions to this office, and be assured that they will receive immediate, personal attention.

The center is located on the first floor of the George DiCiero City and County Building, One DesCombes Drive. They can be contacted at (303) 438-6390 or fax (303) 438-6280.
