Data Files
These are Tab delimited text files containing
all the assessor data. Files may be viewed online or they can be
downloaded by right clicking and going to "save target as" and choosing a path
onto your computer.

This file contains owner name and mailing address, situs address, legal description, assessed and actual values, most recent sale or transfer, zoning, etc. This file is updated monthly. |

This file contains real property characteristics, i.e., subdivision, year built, square footage of improvements, property type, etc. This file is updated annually in May of each year. |
TIP:
For convenience, try opening the text files using Microsoft Excel and creating
a spreadsheet. The data may be sorted and organized and is easier to
read.
