Channel 8, also known as KCCB 8, is a government access
station which currently broadcasts on Comcast Cable in the City and County
of Broomfield.

Kim Greason - Manager of Video Production
Kim started her broadcast career as a sports reporter/anchor, covering
events on all levels. Her job took her from Colorado to Texas to
Alabama to Florida before returning home. Kim left the on-air aspect of
broadcasting behind for a more production oriented role in Jacksonville, Florida.
As a video producer for the City of Jacksonville, Kim was responsible for
producing PSA's, training videos and the government magazine show Jax to the
Max, which was the winner of the 2002 & 2003 Savvy awarded by the City
County Communications and Marketing Association (3CMA). More recently, KCCB
Channel 8 won two awards at the 2006 NATOA Programming Awards Ceremony
for visual arts and the police program called "On The Beat".
Kim also, shot, edited and produced the NACIO award winning 9/11 Memorial
segment that you can find on the City and County website.

Kim is currently the only
full-time employee for KCCB 8, managing the programming, production and
equipment aspects of the channel. When she isn't managing the channel, you
can find this Colorado born outdoor enthusiast spending time with her
husband Spencer and son Cooper.
On top of pre-produced programming, KCCB
Channel 8 produces re-broadcasts of Broomfield Days and soon to be aired
High School football games.
Greg Scott, with the GIS
department is responsible for directing the twice monthly City Council meetings.
Greg, Tyler Hando and Kim also direct the live broadcast of the Citizen's
Academy.
Assisting with camera operation from time to
time is Claudia Korn.
You may recognize her from the Community Assistance Center desk in the City
and County building, where she works full time. Claudia has has been a
huge asset to the video production department by helping out on many
production shoots in past years.
