This memo is provided to City Council on a monthly basis. It covers the progress of the larger CIP projects throughout the City and County of Broomfield.
Broomfield Heights Alley Improvement Project
The Broomfield Heights Alley project will improve the alleys between Midway Boulevard and West 6th Avenue, and between Midway Boulevard and West 4th Avenue Drive. Construction is substantially complete on the northern alley. The construction on the southern alley started in April and should be complete this summer.
West 136th Avenue Widening from Sheridan to Redleaf
Quality Paving began roadway work in late February. The construction is ahead of schedule with
road base and 90% of curb installed.
Construction is substantially complete!
