Broomfield Skate Park Improvements - 2010
Team Pain and Broomfield Recreation and Parks Services would like to thank everyone who attended the
December 14th community meeting. We received a lot of great feedback and appreciate all the community support!
Revised drawings were submitted and have been reviewed by staff. The design looks great and we are
excited to get started! Tim Payne, of Team Pain, was on site in March to discuss the upcoming construction.
The modular ramps on the existing west end of the site will be removed and replaced with new skate features!
The two areas (east and west) will be linked with a variety of street features, including ramps and stairs.
Construction is anticipated to begin in April. Due to the costs involved, we will be
unable to install a new restroom facility at this time. This may be added as part of a future project.
