It shall be unlawful for any person fraudulently or without lawful authorization to enter, without payment of the proper admission fee, any place where admission fees are charged; provided, however, that nothing herein contained shall be deemed to prohibit or restrict the admission of police officers or any public officials for the purpose of the performance of official duties to any place of public entertainment or amusement.
