Judge Willard B. Hardesty the Deputy Municipal Court Judge, was appointed to the bench by City Council in 2003.  He is also engaged in the private practice of law.
 

Judge Hardesty graduated from Kansas University in 1968 with a B.S. degree.  He graduated from Colorado University Law School in 1971.  He was admitted to practice in Colorado in 1971.  He is also a trained mediator.  

He presides over traffic and ordinance misdemeanor and code enforcement violations.
