"DECADES OF MUSIC" FEATURING HITS FROM THE 40s THROUGH THE 90s!

Step back in time this summer while listening to music that defined the past six decades! From big-band swing and the era of Elvis to British pop, Motown, disco and techno hits, this year’s line up features six distinct bands performing the music you remember.

Concerts are free, family-friendly and take place  Wednesdays in Community Park. If the weather is wet, concerts take place next door in the Auditorium. Bring family, friends, a picnic supper plus comfy outdoor seating to enjoy these magical summer evenings by the lake.

After Midnight

JUNE 27, 7 pm – After Midnight

The region’s best small swing combo specializes in Benny Goodman’s favorite combo sounds of the 30s and 40s, mixing old standards and new variations with clarinet and vibraphone.

Never Surrender

JULY 11, 7 pm – Never Surrender

This multi-talented five piece band specializes in musical pleasure for the ears and feet, getting crowds of all ages dancing to the rock and roll tunes of Elvis and other popular artists.

The Legendary 4-Nikators

JULY 18, 7 pm – The Legendary 4-Nikators

Colorado’s premier dance band performs music of the 60s and beyond featuring seven versatile musicians known nationally for their dynamic, non-stop, crowd-pleasing entertainment.

Funkiphino

JULY 25, 7 pm – Funkiphino

This popular ten-piece funk and disco band combines horns and soulful vocals with old-school Hammond organ and bass sounds to give audiences a first-class opportunity to boogie!

That Eighties Band

AUGUST 1, 7 pm – That Eighties Band

One of the hottest and most unique 80s tribute bands in the nation, this four piece band’s sound and stage show mixes the best of the Eighties with modern technology, image and attitude.

Phat Daddy

AUGUST 8, 7 pm – Phat Daddy

This acclaimed high energy, five piece show band consists of some of Denver’s top nightclub performers who take audiences on a fantastic journey through pop music’s finest moments.
