Requirements to Register to Vote

• Be a U.S. Citizen

• Be 18 years of age

Note:  You must be 18 years old on or before the date of the general, primary or other election in which you want to vote.

• Reside in this state and at your present address at least 30 days before an election.

• Important:  You must include your complete address with apartment number or unit number to ensure your registration confirmation and to receive important mailings.

• Please remember to sign the voter registration form.

Deadline Information:

If you want to vote in an election, you must mail or deliver this voter registration form to your Clerk and Recorder no later than 29 days before the election in which you want to vote.  Your eligibility to vote will be based on the postmark date or the date you file this form in the county clerk and recorder's office.
