  The application must arrive at our location by October 28 if you want it mailed to you; if you want to pick up the ballot, the application needs to be here by October 31, 2008.

Early voting goes from Wednesday, October 29, through Friday, October 31, 2008, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m..
