New Computer System for Engineering

The Engineering division of Community Development is converting to a new computer system.  The anticipated date to change to the new system is April 28.

The new Innoprise computer system will allow better and faster communication between our office staff, field staff, residents, builders and developers.  Our inspectors will be able to enter the results of inspections while still at the construction site.  Homeowners, contractors and developers will be able to look up the status of permits on the internet.

Although there will be lots of benefits for everyone who does business with Community Development, we expect that processing times will be slower than normal for the first couple of weeks.

We thank you in advance for your patience as we work through this upgrade.
