Welcome to the City and County of Broomfield's Environmental Services Division web page. The Environmental Services Division is dedicated to protecting the environment, preserving our natural resources, and serving the needs of the residents of Broomfield.

The Environmental Services Division has 12 employees with a wide range of expertise covering environmental management, chemistry, biology, limnology, microbiology, geology, technical writing and electronic data management.

The Environmental Division's laboratories at the water and wastewater treatment facilities are certified by the State of Colorado to conduct water quality monitoring for both water and wastewater. We also provide many other environmental programs and services.
