19th Computer Recycling Event!
Eco-Cycle's Hard-to-Recycle Day
Saturday, March 19th!
9:00am-2:00pm
at the Broomfield Recycling Center. EcoCycle's special spring Hard-to-Recycle Roundup Day provides an opportunity to recycle outdated computers, as well as, cell phones, #2 & #4 plastic bags and textiles.  Keep the lead, mercury and other heavy metals out of our landfills-Recycle your old CPU, printer, monitor, mouse, keyboard and all those wasteful AOL CDs. 16th Tree-limb drop-off opens for the season April 16th! 
No Commercial Dumping.
 Tree Limb Recycling drop-off is open Saturdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Wednesdays 1-5:00pm only.  The site is closed at all other times.  The drop-off will be open until October 29, 2005. This program is for Broomfield residents only and staff will check I.D.'s!

7th Toxic Free Housecleaning Workshop

11:00am-noon at the Broomfield Recycling Center.

4th West Nile Virus/Mosquito Management Seminar
Saturday, June 4th, 10-11:00AM at the Mamie Doud Eisenhower Library (2nd floor), 3 Community Park Drive.  Mike McGinnis from Colorado Mosquito Control will provide the most up to date information on controlling mosquitoes and West Nile Virus. Year-round Waste Oil Recycling- The popular year round waste oil recycling program is available at the Norman Smith Service Center located at 3001 W. 124th Ave. Broomfield residents may drop used motor oil Tuesday through Friday 8:00am-3:00pm and the first Saturday of every month from 8:00-Noon.  There is a 5 gal per household per month limit.
