Beginning May 1st The City and County of Broomfield's Voluntary Watering Guidelines are in affect for 2008!

25th West Nile Virus/Integrated Pest Management Information, Wednesday June 25, 7- 8:00pm- Find out  what the city is doing to reduce summer mosquito populations and what you can do to protect yourself from West Nile Virus.

Visit the white tent near Community Park Amphitheater north of Mamie Doud Eisenhower Library, 3 Community Park Rd.,  Broomfield before the summer concert begins.   Marshall Lipps from Colorado Mosquito Control will provide the most up to date information on controlling mosquitoes and West Nile Virus. Year-round Waste Motor Oil and Cooking Oil Recycling Year Round Program-  The popular year round waste oil and cooking oil recycling program is available at the Norman Smith Service Center located at 3001 W. 124th Ave.  Broomfield residents may drop-off used motor oil or cooking oil Tuesday through Friday 8:00- 3:00pm and the first Saturday of every month from 8:00 - noon.  There is a 5 gallon per household per month limit.
