The Finance Department is responsible for the efficient collection of City and County revenues, controlling the City and County’s financial assets, disbursement of City and County expenditures, purchasing, and employee payroll. A breakdown of the City and County’s sales tax as of November 1, 2006, is as follows:

Streets located in the "FlatIron District" include:
West and East FlatIron Circle, FlatIron Blvd., FlatIron Marketplace Drive, Zang Street, and Summit Blvd.

Streets located in the Arista District include:
Arista Pl, Destination Dr, Uptown Ave, Colony Row, Central Ct, Broomfield Ln, Parkland St, 'F' St, Transit Way

** Collected by the Colorado Department of Revenue on the State Return.

Note: Broomfield's Lodging Tax is not figured into the above table. The lodging Excise Tax is 1.6% and is now collected on the Broomfield City and County Return.

Utility Billing:

Utility billing is a function of the finance department, and processes payments for water and sewer use. For more information about water and sewer rates, please call 303-438-6319.
