MISSION: “The purpose of the GIS Division is to establish
and promote a countywide survey control system, provide a centralized repository
of standardized reliable digital parcel based maps integrated with informational
data, develop associated geographical based applications, and present the
resulting information for visual analysis and mapping products in a responsible,
courteous, and efficient manner to the residents, guests, and employees
of the City and County of Broomfield. In addition, the GIS Division provides
professional technical support for the audio/video production of the City
Council meetings to the Broomfield citizens.”
