Adult Protective Services
Counties are mandated to investigate reports of abuse, neglect (self-neglect or caregiver neglect) and exploitation of at-risk adults.  Investigations are initiated within 72 hours, sooner if the report is urgent.

Single Entry Point
The HHS Single Entry Point case manager provides Broomfield residents over the age of 18 with nursing home diversion options enabling them to remain at home or in the community.  These services will allow residents to remain out of a nursing home and receiving in-home care.
