Health Promotions Programs
Health Promotions works on an ongoing basis to assess Broomfield's health needs in order to effectively improve the community's health and ensure the benefits of health are available to all. Health Promotions also provides initiatives targeted to individuals, groups, and communities that enhance awareness, change behavior, and create environments that are conducive to promoting good health, preventing disease, and reducing the risk of unintentional injury.
