The State Energy
Sector Partnership is pleased to announce the launch of the Green Careers
Orientation website at
www.greencareersco.com. This engaging, interactive and free website will
help to answer questions like – “What is a green job?”, “Where are the jobs?”,
and “What kind of skills/education/experience do I need to get one?”. The
website includes information on the 12 industries that the
Occupational Information Network (O*NET),
sponsored by the US Department of
Labor, designates as green. It also includes a job action plan and a
self-assessment tool.
