Job Seeker Services
The Broomfield Workforce Center offers a wide range of support for job seekers.
All of our job search services are available at no charge.
To be able to obtain access to our wide variety of job seeker services, you may register in person at the Workforce Center or on the computer by going to www.connectingcolorado.com. Registration involves providing basic contact information, the type of job(s) for which you are interested, and the skill sets that you have. Once registered in our system, you will be able to obtain access to any Workforce Center in Colorado. Registering online takes
approximately 30 minutes to an hour to complete and once registered
you obtain access
to our Statewide Workforce Database for job
searching.
BASIC SERVICES:
Basic Services include access to Resource Centers, Informational
Resources, and General Workshops. Specific
examples include
job referrals, resource books, fax and copy machines, job board
announcements, newspaper
listings, hiring event flyers &
information, Computer
Resources, Job Club,
Basic Computer Classes, Hiring
Events and access to the Fresh
Start Clothes Closet.
STAFF ASSISTED SERVICES:
Staff Assisted Services include assessment and counseling, career guidance and resume and cover letter
assistance.
