Broomfield Workforce Center Services for People with Disabilities Broomfield Workforce Center is universally accessible to all people, including those with disabilities. We provide accommodations for people with a wide range of disabilities, including assistive technology for mobility, low vision/blind, hard of hearing/deaf, and learning disabled individuals. Disability Program Navigator Services Navigators understand your rights under the law, provide mentoring, advocacy, information, resources and appropriate referrals to Broomfield Workforce Center services and programs as well as other helpful outside service agencies and organizations. Navigators help to remove employment barriers for people with disabilities. Navigator Services are available at all Workforce Centers in the State of Colorado. All services are provided free of charge. Eligibility for Disability Program Navigator Services You must have or think you have a disability. You must have the ability to work once employment barriers have been addressed. Assistive Technology and Auxiliary Aids The Broomfield Workforce Center has assistive technology devices and software available to assist job seekers with disabilities. Some of the aids we have available are: text magnification systems, computer screen magnifier, software to read screen and text, audio amplification equipment, software to enhance reading and writing productivity, TTY/TDD, and physical accommodations. We can also provide sign language interpreters and foreign language translators with 48 hours notice. To make an appointment
