CDPHE Announces: H1N1 Vaccine Available for all Coloradans over the Age of 6 Months

Please contact your local medical provider or community immunizers who have the H1N1 vaccine available if you are interested in receiving an H1N1 vaccine.  If you are not a Broomfield resident, you may also contact your local public health department to determine their plans for vaccine administration and distribution.

Recommendations for preventing the spread of flu:

  • Stay home from work if you are sick and experiencing flu-like symptoms

  • Avoid close contact with people who are ill

  • Wash hands frequently with soap and water or use hand sanitizer if soap and water is not available

  • Cough and sneeze into your elbow or tissue

  • Get your seasonal and H1N1 Flu vaccines from your primary care physicians or community immunizers as soon as possible.
