Services:
Licensed contractors address energy conservation and building code compliance, provide accessibility
modifications, and make repairs to major systems such as heating, plumbing, electrical, and roofing. Longs Peak Energy Conservation, the program
administrator, will inspect the home for safety and energy efficiency, prepare a detailed work write-up, bid the work to
local licensed contractors, pay the contractors, inspect the work before each payment, and manage the loan.

The loan will be secured by a Deed of Trust on the property and
the lien will remain in effect until the loan is paid in full.
