The Boulder County
Housing Counseling Program provides free one-on-one counseling
and homebuyer education for pre- and post-purchase homebuyers.
Beginning July 2008, a housing counselor will have an office in
Broomfield to meet with Broomfield residents. For

The class provides important information to better understand
the home buying process including budgeting and money
management, what to look for when buying a home, selecting a
real estate agent, the mortgage lending process, and

below-market interest rate and a down payment assistance grant
for first-time buyers in Broomfield (and other jurisdictions).
