Boulder County Housing Counseling Program

The Boulder County Housing Counseling Program provides one-on-one counseling sessions with borrowers who are having trouble paying their mortgage due to job loss, illness, divorce or other circumstances resulting in financial hardship. A housing counselor occupies an office in the Broomfield City and County Building a few days a week to meet with Broomfield residents. Colorado Foreclosure Hotline

The Colorado Foreclosure Hotline connects borrowers with non-profit housing counselors who can provide information to a borrower about their options when facing foreclosure. Counselors can also act as facilitators for communication between lenders and borrowers. The phone number for the hotline is (toll-free) 877-601-HOPE.

Colorado Housing Assistance Corporation Foreclosure Prevention Program
