The
Boulder County Housing Counseling Program provides free
one-on-one counseling and homebuyer education for pre- and
post-purchase homebuyers.
Starting in April, a housing counselor will be in Broomfield one
day a week to
meet with Broomfield residents on a one-on-one basis.

The class provides important information to better understand
the home buying process including budgeting and money
management, what to look for when buying a home, selecting a
real estate agent, the mortgage lending process, and

Metro Mayors Caucus and the City and County of Denver, this
program offers a below-market interest rate and a down payment
assistance grant for first-time buyers in Broomfield (and other
jurisdictions). Must work with a participating lender and
