Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program
	Administered by Broomfield Health and Human Services, TBRA is a two-year program to provide rental assistance and supportive services (such as employment training and mental health support services) for low-income families. Applicants must meet qualifications, including income and employment.
Below-Market Rent Apartments

The Summit at Flatirons
	Located across from Flatiron Crossing Mall at 210 Summit Blvd. The Summit at Flatirons offers income-restricted apartments for households earning no more than 80% of the Area Median Income. For information, call 720/566-0600.
