The City & County of Broomfield offers a robust Employee
Wellness Program. This program includes:
- Well Credit Program for
employees and spouses who are on the Medical Care Expense Plan (MCEP)
administered by Anthem
- Four annual Wellness Challenges, open to both employees
and spouses
- Wellness Core Curriculum training program for employees
- Free Recreation Center passes for all, employees, and a
discount program for spouses
- Demo fitness classes for employees
- Nutrition and other Wellness related training classes
throughout the year for employees
