blue heading icons_people.pngVendor and Sponsorship Information .............................................................................................
We are looking to the community for sponsorships allowing us to reach a larger and more diverse audience.  Whether your sponsorship is in the form of a monetary contribution or as a vendor at the fair, you will be supporting the Broomfield community while showcasing your organization.

You will find additional information in the registration form. If you are registering as a sponsor or vendor, please don't hesitate as registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis and we anticipate a sell-out!  In order to offer a wide variety of vendors, we will be limiting the number of like businesses/services.  If there happens to be space at the last minute, we can allow additional like businesses for the regular fee.

Please note, registration is not complete and your table is not guaranteed without a completed registration form and full payment. As this is a fundraiser to assist with services and programs for Broomfield seniors, we are unable to waive or reduce table fees.

Payments can be made by:
  • Cash (at the Broomfield Community Center front desk)
  • Check (payable to: Broomfield Senior Services)
  • Credit Card by calling Pat Chatterton at 303-464-5529

Once your registration form and payment have been received, you will be contacted via email confirming your registration.

Additional details about the day's event and agenda will be sent to all confirmed vendors/sponsors by October 7, 2016.

Download the 2016 vendor application.
