Group Running Picture
Let's Go For a Run!

Join this 7-week, 14-session running class open to all level of runners. A Personal Trainer will lead the runs ranging from 3 - 5 miles per session. Learn your heart rate zones, negative splits, race pace, easy runs, interval runs and sprints. Come out and make new friends and run as a group. Runs will take place outside - weather permitting - please dress accordingly!

OCTOBER - The Great Pumpkin Workout
For ages 16 years and above
Halloween is typically the start of the holiday weight gain, but we are going to change that! Bring your own pumpkin weighing 8 - 20 pounds and we will put you through a full body workout. We'll use the pumpkin as a base of support to push, pull and twist with. Your $5 fee will be collected at the vent and donated to FISH to assist with Thanksgiving baskets. No registration required. Meet us in the gym with your pumpkin!

Holiday Meltdown Class Listings

Get yourself into a healthy habit and enjoy the holidays feeling fit. Join us for a six-week challenge. Each week your certified personal trainer will design workouts to enhance your level of fitness through cardiovascular and strength training exercises. Discounts for Recreation Pass holders.

DECEMBER - DeStress Your Holiday Season Class Listings

With the joy of the holiday season there also comes a bit of stress. Let our yoga instructors help you manage the hustle and bustle of the season with a 90-minute yoga and relaxation class. Pre-registration is required. Your "payment" for attending is an unwrapped toy for the Santa Cops Toy Drive.

20th Annual Spring Fitness Challenge Class Listings
For ages 16 years and above
Our 20th Annual Spring Fitness Challenge is your chance to get in shape for the Spring and Summer. An incentive gift will be awarded to all participants and opportunities to win additional prizes occur throughout the eight weeks by participating in our weekly mini-challenges that help you stay on track to a better overall you! Led by a certified Personal Trainer, you train with 7 - 11 additional people to accomplish your personalized weight loss and exercise goals. Weight and body fat loss ar emonitored, motivating workouts that challenge and change, nutritional guidance, and weekly goals are set by your personal trainer. Challenge runs for eight weeks with final weigh outs the following week. The individual that loses the greatest percentage of weight loss and the greatest percentage of body fat loss out of all the participants will win a Recreation Pass for a year!

Pole Walking Class Listings

For ages 16 years and above
Walking in its simplest form is walking with poles!  Experience the connection between the upper and lower body as you increase cardio respiratory endurance and muscular strength and endurance, while increasing mobility in the upper extremities.  Pole Walking supports your body joints to allow you to do more safely.  Discover what European fitness buffs have known for years!  Pole Walking will change your body and your life.  

Adult Taekwon-Do
This class offers superior martial arts instruction in Taekwon-Do at an affordable expense. Students develop and harness their inner strength through rigorous, disciplined and fast-pace classes focused on stretching, physical conditioning, and technique (i.e. kicks, punches, strikes and blocks.) Certified instructors teach all aspects of Taekwon-Do (basic movement, patterns, sparring, self-defense, and breaking) for all levels, white to black belt. Start now and begin the path to become a Black Belt! Registration and participation fees occur on the first day of class. Late registrations welcome! Payable by CHECK only to Trinity Taekwon-Do. TRX Classes Class Listings
The TRX Suspension Trainer leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise -- because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. By utilizing your own body weight, the TRX Suspension Trainer provides great performance and functionality.   Classes are taught in groups limited to six people by a certified personal trainer. Please check the website for specific days/times available per month.

ViPR Classes Class Listings
ViPR bridges the gap between movement and strength. ViPR is the ultimate whole-body tool, combining traditional resistance exercises together with the agility required for achieving optimal sports and fitness performance. Course is designed as small group personal training with a maximum of eight people per class. Times and Days are flexible for course offerings! Get a group of 4–7 people together and pick your day and time!

Couch to 5K Class Listings
This program will have you off the couch and running 3.1 miles! Learn the basics of running form and safety techniques as you follow a trainer-led running plan. The Couch to 5K helps with your mileage goals, provides motivation, as well as creates a support group with other people! You will be ready to run the Broomfield Days 5K on Saturday, September 17.
