Coaching, classes, and support groups are helpful when quitting tobacco. These organizations offer personalized help or provide classes and support groups.
Colorado Quitline 1.800.QUIT.NOW (1.800.784.8669)
Free telephone coaching for quitting smoking. Includes free patches or gum when you enroll. Five free sessions include getting ready to quit, support during your quit attempt, discussion of medications to help you quit, and relapse prevention. Also offers specific help for pregnant women who smoke. You must be 15 or older to call.
  Nicotine Anonymous 
Offers in-person, on-the-phone, and web-based 12-Step meetings.
  Freedom From Smoking
Online smoking cessation program offered by the American Lung Association.  Seven sessions to prepare and guide  you through quitting and remaining smoke-free.  
The Little Clinic, located in King Soopers stores, offers the SmartPath tobacco cessation program consisting of two or more sessions with a health care provider.  Coaching and medications are offered with no appointment necessary.  
  Kaiser Permanente 
Offers a variety of web-based and in-person support for people at all stages of the quitting process.  You do NOT need to be a Kaiser member to participate.  Develop your own plan with a recorded webinar or call 1.866.868.7112.
