in a word processing program and then copy and paste the information into the form.

forward the official transcript to HR. Failure to supply the official transcript
as required by the position may result in disqualification. A copy of the transcript
may be accepted at time of application, but official transcripts are required as a condition
of employment.
If a certification is required for a position, please forward a copy of the certification to HR.
Be sure to have employment history for the past 10 years available before beginning. You must include all
positions you have held for the past 10 years (not just the ones you feel are applicable to the position).
