An application MUST be completed for ALL City and County positions.
Be sure to review the temporary (seasonal) job descriptions including age requirements, education requirements, and
certification requirements. Also, review the dates and times of the program. If you start the online application process and find that you are not qualified for a position
or have made a mistake, you will have an opportunity to review and edit information at the end of
the application process.
Most information regarding your seasonal application will sent via email. If possible, please include an email address where we may contact you regarding your status or next steps in the process.
There is no spell checker for this program. It is advisable to type and spell check your information
in a word processing program and then copy and paste the information into the form.
Resumes will NOT be accepted in lieu of an application. However, resumes and additional
paperwork may be attached to your application by:

Be sure to include your name, phone number, and the position number(s) you are applying
for on each correspondence.
Be sure to have employment history for the past 5 years available before beginning. You must include all
positions you have held for the past 5 years (not just the ones you feel are applicable to the position). You
will also need to know the names and phone numbers of three references (not supervisors or relatives). You will also
be asked for dates you are not available to work this summer due to planned vacations, etc.

If an application deadline has passed for a certain position before you complete the application, the application will not be accepted for that position.
