Anyone 16 years or older, from the state of Colorado who meets the qualifications listed
below may apply for a
free Broomfield card with
1) current proof of address (driver's license or first
class mail)
2) photo identification
Please note:
Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to receive a library card. Parents or guardians will need to show their photo identification and proof of current address for the child to receive a library card.
To apply for a temporary library card, fill out the online application. The temporary library card will only allow you to access the library's electronic databases (with the exception of OverDrive i.e. downloadable audiobooks) for 14 days. Click Here!
Replacement cards cost
$1.00.
The Broomfield library is a member of the Flatirons Library Consortium (FLC),
Prospector, and the Colorado Libraries Collaborate (CLC) program. Colorado residents with cards from participating CLC libraries may use their cards for materials at the Broomfield Library
with proper ID and the addition of a Broomfield Library barcode.
