The Mamie Doud Eisenhower Public Library houses the Sandoz Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
Science and Education Center. The Center was
funded by a $50,000 grant from the Sandoz US Foundation.
The Science and Education Center is located on the library’s first floor. The collection contains books, databases, CD-ROMS, videos, posters, study kits, games, models, and scientific equipment designed to enhance learning on a variety of scientific subjects for children age 18 months to 18 years old. The interactive and exploratory nature of the collection makes this a unique center for scientific learning.
