Freevibe and Above the Influence: Free Vibe provides information about drug and alcohol safety for
teens. Read facts about the dangers of drugs, read tips from teens and
celebrities on how to stay drug free, and more.
Girl Power! (Body Image): An empowering site about eating disorders created
by the US Department of Health and Human Services. The site provides information
on how to have a healthy body image, keep in shape and love your body.
iEmily: A fun site dedicated to girls and their health. Topics include
exercise, natural healing, mental health and more! There is also a chat forum
you can join.
Teen Health and Wellness provides students with comprehensive curricular support and self-help tools on topics including diseases, drugs, alcohol, nutrition, fitness, mental health, diversity, family life, and more. Developed for teens, with their unique concerns and perspective in mind.

Break the Cycle: A non-profit group dedicated to empowering youth to end
the cycle of domestic violence. Their site provides information about domestic
abuse issues, how to get out of a violent relationship, or how to help others.
Dealing with Divorce: Going through a rough time because your parents are
getting a divorce? This site provides resources to help you through this
difficult time. Get support, learn that you are not alone, and connect with
other teens that are also going through this.
Peer Pressure: Having problems with your peers? This article provided by
Healthy Kids discusses how to stand up for you in the midst of pressure from
your friends and peers.
RAINN: is a national network that provides support to people who are rape,
incest, and/or abuse survivors. Call their free hotline, read statistics, and
learn how you can help.
Teen Relationships: The place to learn about healthy versus unhealthy
relationships. You can chat with teens (trained and professional) about your
relationship issues or check out the latest statistics on domestic violence.

providing teens with the facts about safe sex. Topics include abstinence, STD’s,
relationships and more.
Teen Pregnancy: is a resource dedicated to reducing the number of teen
pregnancies across the nation by providing information and resources on safe
sex.
Youth Resource: Youth Resource provides a supportive community for teens
that are lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans-gendered or questioning. A wealth of
information is provided on many issues important to the LGBTQ community.
