Full property tax payments due

Property owners who want to make their full property tax payment without interest must pay by the April 30 deadline.

Property tax bills were mailed in January.  Property owners who have not received a tax notice should contact the Broomfield Central Records Office immediately.  Non-receipt of a notice does not forgive the requirement to make payments on time, noted Roxy Huber, Broomfield’s revenue manager.

Many property owners expect their property taxes to be paid by mortgage companies out of escrow accounts. To see if a tax payment has been posted, taxpayers can check the City and County of Broomfield Web site:  https://info.ci.broomfield.co.us/Tax.
