Media Release February 14, 2003 Media Contacts: Rosann Doran Cultural Council hosts free training to help arts organizations find fundingNonprofit arts organizations with limited resources don’t have to be limited. They are invited to learn how to make the best use of slim resources to effectively fundraise and market themselves the community. Broomfield’s Cultural Council will host a workshop designed to assist all groups whose mission is to promote Arts and Culture, especially in Broomfield, but also in the Denver metro area. It will be particularly useful for small organizations. The workshop is scheduled on Saturday, March 1, 2003 in the Zang Spur Room of the Broomfield Municipal Center at 1 DesCombes Dr. Time is from 9:30 to noon in the Zang’s Spur converence room. The workshop is FREE to all participants. This workshop will provide tools on how to find out who is interested in what organizations do through efficient prospect research, including The workshop is presented by Community Resource Center of Denver, which has 22 years’ experience in helping nonprofits meet their goals and grow in their service to communities. No pre-registration is necessary. Funds for the workshop were provided by tax payers through the SCFD (Scientific and Cultural Facilities District). | ||||||||||
