Cooperative Extension asks: Bats in Your Belfry? Skunks in Your Crawl Space? Mouse in Your House?Need advice on how to handle a tricky situation with wildlife trying to make a home in your home? When the weather turns cooler, it makes humans want to “nest” inside, and many other animals want to too! If animals can’t find the perfect location away from your home, then your home may be the place to try. Colorado State University Cooperative Extension in Broomfield has a service residents can call at any time. Callers can leave a message with questions or requests for advice on how to make their homes a less-than-perfect place for mice, skunks, bats or other wildlife looking for a warm spot. A Wildlife Master volunteer will return the call with advice to help with wildlife questions. Call them at 303-469-3301 extension 6738. | ||||||||||
