City-County phone maintenance set for
Feb. 15;
phone service to city facilities down
On Sunday, Feb. 15, the telephone switch at the Broomfield City and County Building will undergo routine maintenance and upgrades resulting in outages that will affect all City-County facilities in one form or another.
Outages will begin at about 7 a.m. and could last for several hours. Specific outage information for each building is:
City and County Building - All service will be down. There will be no incoming or outgoing calls, and no voice mail will be accessible for callers who dial direct.
Police/Court Building – All service will be down. Callers are asked to dial 9-1-1 if police or fire services are needed. There will be no incoming or outgoing calls (except 911 calls), and no voice mail options.
Police Substation at Flatirons - All service will be down. There will be no incoming or outgoing calls and no voice mail options.
Detention Center – There will be limited service, but no incoming calls. Four lines are available for outgoing calls only. There will be no voice mail. Extension to extension calls will be operable only within the Detention Center.
Mamie Doud Eisenhower Public Library - All service will be down, with no incoming or outgoing calls or voice mail.
Service Center and Wastewater Treatment Facility - No incoming or outgoing calls. Extension to extensions calls will work only within the Service Center and Wastewater Plant. There will be no voice mail options.
Water Treatment Plant - No incoming calls, outgoing calls on one line only. Extension to extension calls may be made inside the Water Plant only, and there will be no voice mail options.
Health and Human Services Building - No voice mail options will be available.
Workforce Center - All service will be down. There will be no incoming or outgoing calls, and no voice mail availability.
Broomfield Community Center - All service will be down. Incoming or outgoing calls will not be available, and no voice mail options.
Paul Derda Recreation Center - No incoming calls and outgoing calls will be limited to two at a time. There will be no voice mail options.
