Are you ready for home ownership?

Broomfield residents are invited to a free seminar to learn about purchasing a home.  The meeting will take place Wednesday, June 23 at 6:30 p.m. in the Eisenhower conference room at the Mamie Doud Eisenhower Public Library, 3 Community Park Rd.

The seminar is presented by the Broomfield Housing Authority in cooperation with the City and County of Broomfield and Carrie Nash of CTX Mortgage.

Attendees will learn:

   What to expect as a first time homebuyer

   How much house you can afford

   The role of credit

   Types of loan programs
