Parents encouraged to attend roundtable
to discuss services for developmentally disabled

 A community roundtable has been scheduled for Broomfield families of developmentally disabled dependents to discuss their experiences with their community centered boards, Imagine!, and funding of programs that Broomfield may consider for 2006.

 The City and County of Broomfield will host the gathering on Tuesday, Sept. 6, at 6:30 p.m. in the Lakeshore Room at the Broomfield Community Center, 280 Lamar St.

 This special meeting is scheduled during the city’s budget preparation cycle in order to provide information to be used by Broomfield staff and City Council in developing funding options for developmentally disabled individuals in the 2006 budget.
