HHS, Kaiser Permanente conduct phone survey
through November
Broomfield Health and Human
Services and Kaiser Permanente are asking Broomfield
residents to take a few moments to respond to an
automated phone survey. The survey calls began
October 23, and will continue through November or
until 600 residents have completed the survey.
The survey information will
assist HHS in assessing the needs of the community
and for future program development in the Thriving
Communities Initiative.
The Thriving Communities
Initiative is a partnership with Kaiser Permanente
to promote healthy eating and active living in
Broomfield.
