Storm Closings 

The City and County of Broomfield is closing its Combined Courts building at noon today, Wednesday, Dec. 20. The Paul Derda Recreation Center, the Senior Center, Community Center and the Mamie Doud Eisenhower Public Library will close at 1 p.m. today.  

The Health and Human Services offices, Police Department and the Broomfield City and County Building will remain open with essential personnel. 

On Thursday, Dec. 21, the recreation, senior and community centers will have late openings at 8 a.m. The court building expects to be open regular hours. If snow depths become prohibitive, all Thursday openings may be further delayed. Residents are urged to call before attempting to visit any city and county facilities tomorrow.
