§         A training for childcare providers on secondhand smoke titled "Involuntary Exposure: Protecting Children from Secondhand Smoke, Childcare Provider Training"  is scheduled for Thursday, March 15 from 6 to 7:30 p.mat Broomfield Health and Human Services Building, 6 Garden Center. An RSVP is necessary for Continuing Education credits and the meal.  Call Tracy Mendoza at 720-887-2276.

§         The next meeting of the Broomfield CHIN (Community Health Information Network) will be Thursday, March 15, at the Broomfield Health and Human Services Building from 4:30 to 6 p.m.

§         HHS is sponsoring a class titled “The Beautiful Bond of Breastfeeding” on Tuesday, March 13 from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. at the Mamie Doud Eisenhower Public Library.  The class will be taught by a registered dietitian and is free to the public.  To register, call 720-887-2258.
