Now is the time to apply for summer jobs 

Summer is right around the corner, and so is Broomfield’s search for summer workers in the Parks or Recreation divisions. 

Anyone wanting some summer fun with the bonus to earn some money for that special purchase or school savings should plan to come to the annual Summer Job Fair. It’s sponsored by the Human Resources Department for the City and County of Broomfield.  The date is Saturday, March 17 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Broomfield Community Center, 280 Lamar St. 

Job seekers will be able to see what jobs are available, meet supervisors and complete applications, all at the same time. Bring your family’s summer vacation schedule – we’ll try to work around it! 

Jobs include junior park rangers, aquatic park workers, lifeguards, day camp aids and directors, recreation workers, seasonal laborers, youth officials for sports programs, facilities supervisors and more.   

These jobs fill up quickly, so don’t miss this opportunity!
