‘Dr. Mom’ comes to Broomfield
for World Breastfeeding Week 

Broomfield residents are invited to celebrate World Breastfeeding Week with noted pediatrician, author, mother, TV personality and breastfeeding expert Dr. Marianne Neifert - “Dr. Mom.” She will speak during a half-day seminar on Sunday, Aug. 5, from 1:30 to 4 p.m. at the Broomfield Community Center, 280 Lamar St.   

Neifert, who has appeared as a guest on Good Morning America and the Today Show,  will share her experiences in a lively, humorous presentation on the “how-to’s” of breastfeeding.   

She will be joined by local health experts and breastfeeding resources from the community. Information booths by various vendors will be available, and giveaways are also planned for all who attend.
